We took our competitive squad girls away to a friendly competition to Jersey on Fri the 22nd of Oct - Sunday the 24th. The girls came home with 24 medals between them and the club trophy!!! The following girls got medals;

• Maryam overall trophy in her section plus gold on every piece
• Chantelle gold on beam and floor
• Grace silver on vault, silver on floor, bronze on beam and bars
• Elissia bronze on floor
• Anya silver on bars and bronze on floor
• Megan bronze on bars and silver on beam and floor
• Paris silver on floor and vault
• Aimee silver on floor and gold on vault
• Veronika gold on floor and silver on vault

The girls were hosted by the Jersey gymnasts famillies who made them feel so welcome. They enjoyed aqua splash, pizza hut and the zoo. Coaches Sarah Fiander (Club Director) and Lauren Sargood attended. Some photos from the trip are shown below (click to enlarge)
